My question won't be about cannabis...
I was wondering about Salvia... I have a couple of questions about it...
Is it legal in Norway? I've heard that it is not, but just wanna be sure.
Is it posible to get it somewhere?
And what about the prices?

Hey there. The laws requiring the Salvia D. plants are fairly confusing - it is entirely legal to aquire live cuttings or plants, and to grow and cultivate as many plants as you want (just like opium poppys). However, you are not allowed to buy, sell or have in your posession products from the plant meant for smoking or chewing in order to get high unless you have a valid prescription. This means, while you can have a 5000 sq yrd. field of live salvia d. plants all you want, you are not allowed to harvest and dry leaves for smoking or chewing unless you have a prescription (good luck with that).

If you try importing extract or dried leaves and the customs office finds your stuff, you'll be asked to provide a copy of your prescription, if you don't have one your goods will be returned to sender or destroyed (no fines or criminal charges).

Now, in all honesty, unless you sell bagfuls of this stuff to school kids nobody is likely to give a flying crap if you pick off a few leaves and boil them in alcohol, but I'm not gonna tell anybody on here to go break the law, so don't :o

As far as I know, all you risk by ordering Salvia extracts online is that the customs might seize the letter, and ask for a prescription. So if it is seized the first time - just order it again.

They would only open it on random, if a dog marks on it or they suspect something, but i guess that it's a fairly ok chance it'll get through, as it is with everything else. I guess the key is to have i labeled as something else..

Yes. The chance of your package getting seized is practically nil, especially at christmas times. People have had good luck with deva too, they just send vacuum sealed zips taped to a piece of paper, no real stealthy business going on there. CD cover shipment would probably be okay too.

Go on google and search for Salvia Divininorum + levels , and you will se what extreme Salvia Divinorum can be. And respected should it be.

I've only smoked Salvia once and it does work....it really, really works. I experienced the sensation of water rising up my body and for a short time thought I was a fish and that I would eventually drown. Luckilly though, I had done the research and was aware of the possible effects so I didn't freak out, just enjoyed the mind altering :)


However it's not my cup of tea (pun intended, the tea tastes like shit). The high is to rushy and short for me, I prefer something that I can enjoy slowly over time. However I'm not saying I'll never try it again, because it was pretty fun :)

Larger quantities are punishable. But I'm talking about LARGE quantities. And as prescription salvia doesn't have a standard dose I think they would save you the trouble and just return/destroy it if you bought say a kilo.

Go ahead! I recently ordered some, and I'm gonna try it when it arrives. Looking forward to it! ^^
